• Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.

• Coordinate and manage implementation efforts in conjunction with project teams.

• Enforce system policies, procedures, and standards.

• Development of Scripts and Workflows to Enhance NetSuite.

• Create, maintain, and optimize existing NetSuite customizations.

• Interface with business users to drive solutions in a timely manner.

• Conducts unit testing of all development work performed.

• Manage from start to finish the overall analysis, testing and execution process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades.

• Improve existing systems or processes by assessing the current state and recommending alternative feasible solutions.

• Write and maintain documentation for ongoing technical support and training documentation for business users.

• Assist business teams with data validation as needed. Write automated data validation scripts to ensure data integrity across systems.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience with NetSuite customizations platforms.

• NetSuite Administrator or User Certification such as SuiteFoundation and ERP consultation is a strong plus.

• Strong experience in SQL is required.

• Experience in administering and customizing NetSuite ERP.

• Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of object-oriented programming.

• Experience in implementing accounting and/or financial reporting systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with various systems architectures including client-server, web-based, service oriented.
