Currently, we are looking for a highly collaborative and highly driven Affiliate and Partnership Executive to join our Marketing Team. You will be responsible to seek co-marketing opportunities with potential partners, develop campaign frameworks to help elevate awareness of the brand. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, and love working in a data-driven yet result-driven business environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute own content & partnership campaigns.
• Cultivate and source new online partnerships and business development opportunities to drive traffic and new customers.
• Develop key strategies for own content & affiliates based on user behavior, industry insights, product lineup, and potential impact.
• Collaborate with cross-function marketing groups and product lines to deliver high-impact partnership projects.
• Daily communication with affiliate partners, including merchant sponsorship negotiation, and cooperation enhancement.
• Manage and develop affiliate partners, and optimize existing affiliates’ performance to boost the sales revenue.
• Manage of press lists and communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of communication and marketing experience within the related industry.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Marketing & PR.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented; open minded and flexible at work.
• Proficient in Google workspace.
