• Design and develop firmware solutions for embedded systems, including writing efficient and reliable code.
• Collaborate with PMs to define system requirements and specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of firmware to ensure functionality and stability.
• Optimize firmware performance and memory utilization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in firmware development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of firmware with hardware and software components.
• Support product development lifecycle, from concept to production, by providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Document firmware design and development processes, including specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges throughout the development process.
• Continuously improve firmware development practices and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems and firmware development principles.
• Proficient in programming tools and languages such as RTOS, C and C++.
• Experience with Wi-Fi Router and Access Point firmware development is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of hardware interfaces and protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART) is preferred.
• Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
