Omlet Arcade, a leading mobile streaming app and social network, is seeking a talented and driven Growth Manager for Japanese and/or Korean markets to join our team.

As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive engagement, retention and user acquisition for Omlet Arcade. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data to create and implement initiatives that drive growth and build brand awareness.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for mobile gaming and social networking, and a proven track record of successfully growing and engaging user communities for Japan and/or Korea. They should have a strong understanding of the mobile apps/games ecosystem, including user acquisition channels and monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a growth strategy that leverages data-driven insights and innovative approaches to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data to create and implement initiatives that drive growth and build brand awareness
• Analyze and track key metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives, and use insights to inform future growth strategies
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and bring new ideas and approaches to the team
• Build and manage relationships with key partners, including influencers, game/app publishers, brands, marketing agencies, etc.
• Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Naver, Twitter)
• Constant improvement of ASO and SEO strategies.
