Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust APIs to support the front-end and integration into client systems.
• Integrate AI-driven code into our on-premise servers to enable seamless interaction with other APIs.
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform tools such as App Engine, Pub/Sub, and Cloud SQL to build scalable, efficient backend solutions.
• Implement and maintain relational database management systems with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Collaborate on code using Git, reviewing pull requests to maintain high-quality software development practices.
• Engage in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline development and deployment cycles.
• Ensure comprehensive unit testing coverage to validate functionality and minimize bugs.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Git workflows and PR reviews on GitHub.
• Solid experience with unit testing methodologies.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining APIs.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services and relational database management systems.
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD practices.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• The ability to communicate in Chinese at a basic level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in Python is highly advantageous.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement, both personally and as a key team player.
• Experience managing and operating On-Premise servers, particularly with Windows OS, and integrating AI functionalities.
