Job Description

As a Chief Of Staff, your job responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  1. Source and recruit Software/Commercial talent in a highly competitive talent market.
  2. Leverage your experience with recruiting to evaluate candidate’s skill level professionally and take control of the whole recruitment process.
  3. Managing the internal HR system and taking care of the on / off-boarding process of each colleague.
  4. Update internal databases with new hires, attendance, leaves and absences, retirement, etc.

Requirements

To excel this position, you will need:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Higher diplomas are welcome.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin, excellent verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
3. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and closing) in a recruiting firm is a must.
4. Proven track record of successful hiring in the software engineering space.
5. Knowledge of labor law.

It will be nice if you also have:

1. Joined a startup or internet company before.
2. Strong online presence.
3. Excellent interpersonal skill and team-work spirit.
