As a Chief Of Staff, your job responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Source and recruit Software/Commercial talent in a highly competitive talent market.
- Leverage your experience with recruiting to evaluate candidate’s skill level professionally and take control of the whole recruitment process.
- Managing the internal HR system and taking care of the on / off-boarding process of each colleague.
- Update internal databases with new hires, attendance, leaves and absences, retirement, etc.
职务需求
To excel this position, you will need:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Higher diplomas are welcome.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin, excellent verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
3. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and closing) in a recruiting firm is a must.
4. Proven track record of successful hiring in the software engineering space.
5. Knowledge of labor law.
It will be nice if you also have:
1. Joined a startup or internet company before.
2. Strong online presence.
3. Excellent interpersonal skill and team-work spirit.
