We're looking for a visionary Supply Chain & Product Manager to help us make these experiences more accessible to the world.
Position Summary. As the Supply Chain & Product Manager at Ovalware, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product development initiatives and optimizing our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of bringing our products to market, from concept to delivery, while ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness throughout. You will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with manufacturing partners, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

What will you do?
Product Management
Product Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Build a Product Roadmap.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the product development lifecycle, conducting thorough inspections and testing to uphold Ovalware's standards of excellence.
- Monitor key product metrics and KPIs, analyze data to gain insights into product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal team members, including Industrial Designer, Walmart & Amazon Account Manager, Creative Director, and Finance Manager.
Risk Management:
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues that may impact product development timelines or quality, developing contingency plans and mitigation strategies as needed.
Supply Chain Management
Supplier Partnership:
- Manage global supply chain operations, with a focus on the USA and China, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
- Oversee supplier-partner relationships, handling procurement processes, purchase order issuance, and monitoring deliveries for accuracy.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling issues.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers for future product lines, expanding supplier network and enhancing product offerings.
Operations:
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency across the supply chain.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating all related activities to optimize transportation and distribution.
- Maintain inventory levels and forecast future needs, optimizing inventory management processes to minimize shortages and excess stock.
- Communicate with warehouses to coordinate inventory management and distribution efforts effectively.
