About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for promoting & growing the community for our Web3 projects. If you are a self-driven and ambitious growth hacker, we would love to meet you. We are expecting you to be experienced in viral marketing. Previous experience in blockchain marketing and an in-depth knowledge of Web3 is a plus.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute strategy to grow our brand awareness
  • Create digital community guidelines & policies.
  • Responsible for day-to-day social media moderating and engagement.
  • Create and manage the content calendar.
  • Create marketing and promotional activities for in-house campaign and clients (included online and offline)
  • Develop our websites and sales collateral (slides, brochures, etc)
  • Develop promotional marketing material and corporate apparel
  • Own the execution of marketing activities, including hands-on execution as well as working with high performance external teams (e.g. agencies, freelancers, social influencers, etc.)
  • Working with internal teams(Dev, Operations, etc.) to deliver integrated marketing communications in an efficient and timely manner
  • Develop, manage and constantly improve on lead generation through proactive networking via digital and face-to-face channels and events
  • Produce regular reporting – with analysis providing learnings to guide constant improvement of ROI to all relevant stakeholders
  • Identify customer service issues and respond or escalate as appropriate. - B2B / Channel marketing

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Post-secondary education or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Operations or any related
  • With at least 3 years of experience in marketing, influencer marketing or business development.
  • Uutstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to present ideas and information in a concise, organized manner.
  • Knowledge of Web 3.0, Metaverse, NFT is a plus.
  • Experience in Twitter, Telegram and Discord management is a plus.
