We are looking for: [Senior Designer / Art Director]

You should:

✓ Have 5+ years working experience

✓ Excellent in Photoshop and Typography

✓ Confident in Photoshop Composite Work

✓ Team player, but can also finish work independently

✓ Passionate in films and TV shows (You will be working on Movie and TV shows)

✓ Can communicate in English

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Be capable of making design decisions and running small projects by themselves.
  
• Creating conceptual research documents/ developing creative ideas(working mainly in the area of FIlm and TV artwork creation).
  
• Photoshop retouching (must be great!)
• Typographic design (Chinese and English)
• Project management - Making sure weekly team deadlines are met.
• Artworking and graphic design.
• Working within a larger team to help support many ongoing projects.
• Addressing client changes and modifications.
• Work closely with the Senior Art Director to visualize ideas and create images from scratch
• Be familiar with working with a project manager/ client contact window.
• Take ideas from the client brief and visualize for presentations.
• Be strong enough to finish other team members' artwork when necessary.

Must be willing to work 5 days a week in a Taipei Design studio. (some remote work can be discussed)

Requirements:

UX/UI skills not applicable

• A design degree and proven working experience.
• Excellent Adobe Photoshop and illustrator skills are needed.
• After Effects and Indesign knowledge are beneficial to the candidate.
• English Verbal communication must be good
• A strong Portfolio or website. Must be able to prove photoshop compositing skills
• Must be able to create concepts quickly and be ready to take them through to production ready artwork.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail in images and typography
• An organized team player who enjoys collaboration and showcasing their talent through artwork.
• Basic knowledge of Google suite applications. (drive, slides, keep, calendar, sheets).

Software skills
Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
Google Drive - Gsuite (Slides, Sheets, Doc, Keep, Jamboard). We are not a microsoft office studio.

1. First Round Interview (in English). 
Expected to present relevant work to studio team members (1-2 people).

2. Second Round interview (in English)
Discuss more details about role and clients. Show more in-depth work related to interview first round interview.

3. Third Round Artwork Test. (Can be done remotely).
Artwork skills test based on interview discussions and experience.
Duration 2-3 hours.
