Job Description
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of our IT operations, including the automation of routine tasks and the implementation of best practices.
- Work closely with other members of the IT team to ensure the timely resolution of issues and to ensure the continued availability of our systems.
- Continuously evaluate our IT systems and make recommendations for improvements to enhance their usability and performance.
- Create modules for common tasks and processes to enable faster and more efficient operations.
- Be able to manage and prioritize short-notice or emergency requests and ensure prompt resolution.
【Typical Account abilities】
- Build RESTful APIs.
- Maintain system and architecture.
- Improve routine jobs and workflows.
- Work in cross-functional teams with Frontend, PM, Supt, QA etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with automation tools, rapid deployment and scripting languages.
Requirements
【Essential】
- At least 6 years’ experience under your belt developing performance-critical applications that run in a production environment.
- Expert in Node.JS (over 3+ years of experience)
- Data platforms like MongoDB, MySQL. You understand that different applications have different data requirements
- Familiarity with cloud platform: AWS, GCP, Aliyun
【Desirable】
- Great passion for the music industry
- Python or Java, Scala. You might have experience in other languages but are confident you can learn
- Well-experienced cooperation with E-commerce, and Logistic is a plus
- Experienced in large-scale system implementation such as ERP/MES is a plus.
- Familiar with or established DevOps-related systems such as CI/CD, ELK, Serverless, ETL, etc.
- Core engineering infrastructure tools like Git for source control, Jenkins for CI and cloudformation for deployment.
