Job Overview:

Be part of our core in-house QA team, automating functionality testing for our wealth management platform, as a test engineer. The team is international, diverse, young, highly motivated, and passionate about the product. You will have the opportunity to provide your own creative input and will be mentored by three senior executives from major Investment Banks to help expand both your IT and financial knowledge. 

Job Description:

• Degree holder in CS or related subject
• 4+ years of hands-on functional testing experience; automation preferred
• Business analysis of what tests cause the biggest impact on the firm's revenue stream and customer happiness
• To develop a strong understanding and translate the business requirements into test
  scenarios and test cases
• Develop, maintain and execute test plans
• Implement test automation and integrate with existing CI/CD(Jenkins) pipelines and reporting
  tools
• Assist developers in the troubleshooting of testing issues
• Effectively communicate as a team player supporting the overall product development effort

• Ability to understand business cases and proactively suggest features
• Assist development/QA team members on writing test scripts for the automation projects
• Maintain, support and extend existing in-house automation for different applications
• Provide feedback on both technical and business issues to the team

Key Experience & Skills :

• Analyzing user stories/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration and Regression)
• Knowledge in Java programming, Selenium, Web Services - REST API Testing
• AssetWealth Management Financial knowledge – preferred
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility in a workplace, and able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
• Need an independent, quick learner, and effective communicator
• Strong written and verbal communication in English. Must be able to clearly describe and discuss problems
• Experience with source control tools like GitHub – preferred
• Experience in JIRA
• Experience with SQL – preferred.
• Experience with Web applications – preferred.
