As a Content Creator at Pensieve, you are responsible for directing creative social media programs, testing social media marketing strategies, and creating a monthly report regarding social media trends and algorithms. You are expected to be familiar with social media like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We need someone with at least 2 years of content creation experience and excellent writing skills both in English and Bahasa.

You Can Expect To:

• Researching content and current trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
• Creating content for personal branding and engagement on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Youtube.
• Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
• Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent.
• Keeping up to date with content trends, advancements in technology, the development of startups, and self-development
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares).
• Create a monthly account report
• Coordinate with marketing to create short videos, quotes, and captions.
  

Specific To This Role:

• Interested in well-being, self-development, technology, and startup topics
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• A proven experience of 2 years in content creation, creative director, marketing, personal branding, or similar fields (portfolio or published articles).
• Familiarity with Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and Youtube
• Excellent writing skills in English and Bahasa.
• Keep up to date with current trends in the social media world, communication & technology.
• Able to think outside the box, self-driven, and have high initiative.
• Experienced in delivering a clear monthly report.
• Love to hang out and able to build good vibes with the team.
