Job Description
- Set engagement objectives and project scope.
- Develop work plans, identify project risks and present alternatives to solve the issue.
- Collaborating with other department to implement, improve, coordinate across multiple project workstreams.
- Understand and evaluate business requirements to be able to come up with solutions.
- Assess technical requirements and capabilities during implementation and actively leading the technical vision to success.
- Developing proof-of-concept to validate proposed solutions (ex: performance analysis, best practices).
- Monitoring implementation of IT solutions and IT best practices across the organisation.
- invest time into their craft; researching and understanding new technologies and solutions.
- Helping clients or managers recognise potential business demands and plan for future system changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Have 2 - 5 years of experience in System (IT) Architecture, System Design, Project Management, and Software Engineering
- Proven track record of work experience as an architect, project manager, or developer
- Good knowledge in software development life cycle, modern software engineering principles and best practices
- Nice to have: Certificates to demonstrate knowledge and competency
