RE:DREAMER Lab helps people build up a new business model via Redeem Protocol between Web2 and Web3. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to focus on NFT redeem with REDEEM products - REDEEM CENTER, REDEEM PASSPORT and REDEEM CONSOLE. You'll drive the creation, development and launch of world-class products and feature with massive reach.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with software engineering and product designers to define product roadmap and strategy.
• Research and synthesize technology trends, competitive trends and user feedback to identify new product opportunities.
• Negotiate and influence product trade-offs impacting schedule and usability to improve user experience and consumer differentiation.
• Collaborate with Product Owner within Worldwide Marketing to drive platform-level strategy.
• Advocate for your product vision in conversations with key leaders across marketing, engineering and design.
• Serve as an ambassador for NFT REDEEM via press briefings and customer visits.

Key Qualifications

• 4+ years experience having led at least one product development cycle from concept to launch
• Experience with blockchain, NFT preferred
• Technical track record working closely with engineering/technical teams
• Strong ability to lead through influence, debate and storytelling
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Press and media experience preferred
