丹麥公司目前找一位office Assistant,協助辦公室行政事務,包含會議記錄、同仁的差旅booking,中英文翻譯、政府公文收發、文件統整等庶務,簡單來說就是部門的行政秘書角色。英文需具有非常流利能力,可以長時間以流利英文做溝通的人選。
需求條件:
1.大學畢業,中英文精通。
2.具有1-2年工作經驗。
3.個性細心、主動、積極、擅於溝通且自律高。
4.可接受先半年約聘,一年後可以轉為正式員工
工作地點: 台北市信義區松仁路100號6樓(南山大樓)
Title: Office Assistant
1) Contract period: One year, start from Dec. 2019
2) Calendar: Normal Taiwanese calendar + MVOW holiday (holiday: 19 days per year)
3) Working shift: 8:30-17:45 (include 1h15min lunch break)
4) Annual leave: 10 days (first year)
5) Job description
a. Document translation between English and Chinese
b. Organize and schedule appointments
c. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
d. Assist in the preparation of reports
e. Expense processing
f. Communication with HQ in Denmark
g. General affair (Travel booking, Order office supply, etc.)
h. Trade document handling
6) Requirement
a. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
b. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
c. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
d. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
e. Additional qualification as a Trade management assistant will be a plus
7) Contract: Temporary worker (One year contractor)
