1.To carry out the duties of Duty Officer I when necessary
2.To perform active service monitoring regularly by means of checklist, alerts trigger & individual judgment.
3.To carry out further investigation & diagnosis on immediate events and do an escalation and notification if necessary.
4.To perform / carry out service requests that is within SOPs
5.To document the technical SOPs.
6.Join troubleshooting with both internal and external customer.
1.Bachelor’s degree in a computing related discipline preferable.
2.Knowledge of routing/switching/firewall/server-loadbalance/tcp-ip is a plus.
3.Good understanding of LAN, WAN, VLAN and Firewall technology and implementation.
4.Certified in CCNA/CCNP or JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP is a plus.
5.Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge will be considered.
6.Persuasive and assertive with the ability to change behavior to ensure the optimum utilization of ICT resources.
7.Pro-active approach to service quality.
8.Keen interest in Information Technology, Computer hardware and software.
9.Excellent customer services skills.
10.Willing to work rotating shifts.
11.Must be able to operate in a rapidly changing, very complex and technical environment
