Customer Service Representative: Processes customer orders, prepares correspondences, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. It requires high ownership, high engagement, high multi-tasking, and excellent customer service ambition.
Responds to customer inquiries of quotation, order, expediting, delivery, billing, repairing, return, or field servicing
Cross function operation among CS, Logistics and Planning
Communicate with internal and external customer/3rd party to complete the assignment/task
Bachelor’s degree or above
Related field (CS, Imp/Exp, Planning) experience
SAP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills
Well English capability
Flexibility and team work is an absolute must
Able to undertake the task independently
