We are looking for a creative and passionate Machine Learning (ML) / Deep Learning (DL) Intern to join Roku TV team. You will be tasked to explore Picture Quality (PQ) improvements using AI in a resource constraint environment. Roku is pushing the limits in all directions, and PQ is one of these.
This role is for a 12-week Summer 2024 Internship based in Taiwan.

• Learning end-to-end pipeline right from model development to deployment.
• Working on edge devices/real world products.
• Deepening your understanding on Machine Learning/ Deep Learning.
• Improve on AI/ML skills.
• Collaborating with different teams.

• Currently pursuing your Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Hands-on Machine Learning / Deep Learning and TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Have experience in coding ML/DL algorithms in Python
• Some affinity with image/video processing and computer vision pipeline
• Excellent communication skills, and solid work ethic
