Job Description
此職缺為自媒體小編，工作時間為週一至週五，遠距離工作。我們正在尋找有創意、有想法，並且對社群經營有熱情的夥伴！歡迎熟悉交友軟體文化的你、或是好奇這個領域的你，加入XO APP，協助維繫社群與品牌熱度，需具有下列技能及經驗，若有幾項不符合還是可以聊聊看哦！
Requirements
(1) 有經營IG和FB自媒體的經驗
- 以徵稿方式獲得內容與素材，再轉化為文案與貼文與社群分享，希望會使用工具，例如Canva或其他繪製圖片的工具，能製作基礎IG貼文並與FB同步。
- 以小編身份回覆留言、維持社群氛圍。
(2) 定期參與日常會議(遠距)，了解最新活動與行銷方向。
(3) 協助與其他社群的異業合作，懂得合作提案的經驗佳。
(4) 懂得透過後台數據優化行銷策略與文案內容。
