Software Engineer
Job Description
- Design, implement and maintain software modules for Cavium network processor based and Intel based controllers/gateway products.
- Design/develop test tools and system level testing for your own software modules.
- Work with carrier and enterprise customers to resolve wireless controller/gateway issues.
- Participate system-wide performance tuning and system level design.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent programming skill in C is a must
- Previous industry networking experience is a must.
- Programming experience based on DPDK and/or Open vSwitch.
- Passionate about developing and solving complex problems.
- Self-motivated and a good team player.
- Able to quickly comprehend new technology and specifications.
- Good concept of unit testing and integration testing.
- Capable of debugging and identify software problems.
Desired Skills:
- Previous working experience in network acceleration is a plus
- Previous working experience in network virtualization is a plus
- Previous working experience in high scale networking environment is a plus
