Your key responsibilities include: • Serving as the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance over email, chat, phone, and in person. • Supporting on-site technology including network, video conferencing and printing. • Assisting with asset management including ordering new hardware (e.g. laptops, phones, monitors, accessories), setup and configuration and coordinating repairs with selected vendors. • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff. • Assist with some aspects of cyber security (e.g. patching servers, firewall and network infrastructure firmware updates, investigating incidents raised by staff, blocked/held mail etc.). • Updating and documenting helpdesk tickets, solution articles, reports, and logs. • Training staff on how to use various applications and devices (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Whiteboard etc.). Additional responsibilities: Given that we are a small team any additional skills you might have will be very beneficial to our team and our organisation. Some additional skills of interest to us include: • Management of servers and virtual machines in Microsoft Azure environment. • Microsoft Intune mobile device management. • Application management (e.g. review enterprise applications, application deployment/removal, patching etc.). • Power Automate. • Power BI. • Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory and Logic Apps.
