高級軟體測試工程師 (Quality Assurance Engineer )

工作職責
1.透過需求釐清與系統規格書等資訊，撰寫測試計劃並建置測試環境，與設計測試案例
2.與此功能相關的所有類型的測試，包括 UI 測試、功能測試、性能測試、回歸測試或健全
性測試。
3.協助釐清Bug發生原因、嚴重程度與優先級，紀錄問題覆現步驟，並追蹤問題。 在整個
測試週期中，及時瞭解已識別缺陷的各種狀態。
4.主動掌握測試進度，確保上線品質及期限
5.根據使用者回饋，持續改善測試流程與文件及回歸測試。
6.定期執行系統測試，以確保系統的品質
7.分析測試結果，与團隊報告測試進度
8.為使用者驗收測試提供支援也與使用者討論並定義適當的上線標準。
9.設計與管理測試資料以促進API/Web自動化測試。
10.根據程序、工作說明書、運作模式、控制點、專案文件以及相關規範，制定並定期更新
QA相關文件。
11.與交付團隊進行協作，以確保在交付過程中積極討論和解決品質的各個方面
12.與各種團隊密切合作，以深入瞭解專案和測試目標，並確保報告的錯誤在時程表內得到
修復

Job Responsibilities
1.Create test plans and test reports for functional and /or performance test
2.Create test cases based on functional specification
3.Conduct functional and automated testing (if applicable) on software application
4.Capture descriptive procedures to reproduce reported defects
5.Report and keep track of defects in the defect tracking system. Keep up with
various statuses of identified defects throughout the testing cycle.
6.Conduct regular quality assurance routines to ensure application quality is
maintained
7.Analyze testing result and report testing progress to the project team
8.Provide appropriate planning and execution in regression testing, performance
testing, integration testing, and other non-functional testing to ensure successful
application deployment
9.Defining, developing, and deploying project quality assurance initiatives
throughout entire project life cycle, including current and future project
development, enhancements, or maintenance of existing projects
10.Collaborate in a cross-function delivery team to ensure that all aspects of quality
are actively discussed and addressed during the delivery process
11.Provide support for User Acceptance Test and Production Issue
12.Work closely with various teams, not limited to Solution Architects, Project
Manager, Developers to develop strong understanding of the project and testing
objectives and to ensure that bugs reported are fixed within the timeline

简历需求
*工程學或相關領域的學士學位或更高學位
*有4年以上QA經驗
*SDLC知識（Scrum，Agile，瀑布）
*數據庫的經驗（例如：MySQL，PostgreSQL）
*安排完整的測試計畫與規劃詳盡的測試案例並評估測試覆蓋率。
*熟悉Web API測試工具，例如Postman
*使用Selenium，Appium，Suitest等工具
*良好的邏輯思考、分析與解決問題的能力
*有文檔編製能力
*良好的團隊合作和溝通技巧（包括演講和報告寫作）

Requirements
*Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
*Intermediate level knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall)
*Demonstrate good understanding of at least 1 programming language (java,
python, C++, node.js)
*Demonstrate good understanding and SQL queries of database systems (example: MySQL, PostgreSQL)
*Have a solid testing foundation and be able to analyze and practice various tests
(integration, system, acceptance)
*Familiar with the test process, proficient in writing various test cases, plans and
schemes
*Very good understanding of non-functional test design and compliance requirements of various platforms
*Experience in test planning, test execution and test reporting
*Experience in API testing and API automation would be good to have.
*Experience in UI/functional test automation using tools like Selenium, Appium,
Suitest, etc would be a plus
*Excellent analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills
*Good teamwork and communication skills (including presentation and report
writing)

Total will be two round of interview:
First round is technical interview
Second round is cultural Fit interview
