1. As part of a team, design and implement end to end features using Ruby on Rails and Angular
2. Initially responsible for developing and maintaining REST interfaces using Ruby on Rails
3. Grow into a full stack developer using Angular (TypeScript, CSS, and HTML).
4. Play an active role in the development of complex CSS for our Angular component architecture
5. Model infrastructure, power distribution, and cooling for data centers and other facilities
6. Develop charts and analytics that give users insight into the energy consumption, savings, and environmental conditions at their facilities.
7. With assistance from senior engineers, work on overall architectural problems, particularly as they relate to integration, data transfer, scalability and performance
8. Participate in feature discussions to flush out the requirements
9. Provide real value for our customers
10. Provide unit-test coverage for delivered code
1. BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
2. Solid understanding of Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
3. Good experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
4. Experience with REST API’s
5. Linux user
6. Excels when working as part of a small, highly skilled, product-focused team
