Job Description
作為產品經理，將負責引導經銷品牌從概念進到台灣市場，跨部門協調團隊資源，並開拓與經營潛在客戶與專案討論，釐清客戶需求與完成導入交付。
職責：
- 溝通與管控產品週期導入市場與客戶環境的各階段
- 依據市場需求趨勢、競爭環境與用戶回饋，規劃產品發展與行銷策略
- 彙整原廠產品資訊與內容，對內部與客戶安排產品教育訓練
- 跨部門合作確保產品交付涵蓋內容與品質
- 與主管討論產品發展策略，確認預算與資源分配，提高市佔率與推進業務擴張
- 其他主管交辦事項
Requirements
- 有相關經驗佳：有專案管理或資安科技產業相關工作或實習經驗，能成功引導交付產品和解決方案
- 快速學習新知：了解與追蹤產品迭代推進與更新，擬定市場行銷策略
- 有強大觀察力：了解市場需求、客戶痛點，分析現況與規劃最配適的解決方法
- 團隊合作經驗：優秀團隊合作溝通表達與理解力，推進產品進程並釐清解決問題
- 問題解決專家：協調內外部資源，有效解決客戶問題
- 創新突破框架：能夠跳脫框架思考打破僵局，不被既有限制侷限
