Job Description

  • Design and development verification of electric vehicle battery modules and mechanisms.
  • Design and development of structural impact resistance, explosion-proof, waterproof, tolerance analysis, heat dissipation, and series/parallel circuit.
  • Design of plastic injection, sheet metal stamping, aluminum extrusion, aluminum die-casting, welding type products such as resistance welding, arc welding.
  • Research product development trends and formulate new product development strategies.
  • Planning and integration of new materials and technology introduction.
  • Supervision and execution management of the APQP systematic design-related specifications.
  • Resource management, personnel allocation, and training for the development of the R&D organization.
  • Integration and troubleshooting of cross-departmental design issues.


  • Proficient in English
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experienced in IATF 16949 systematic design and management is preferred.
  • Experienced in designing automotive products is preferred. Familiar with V-model development process and experience in writing DFMEA.
  • Experienced in designing plastic, die-cast, sheet metal, aluminum extrusion, and welding type products (mandatory).
  • Familiar with Pro-E (mandatory) and Soild work 3D/Catia 3D drawing software (mandatory).
