As a member of the Cloud Support team, you will be the consultant of our Mandarin-speaking clients across the world.
As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be the expert across all the cloud products, arming our customers with the required tools & tactics to get the most out of their Product and Support investment.
If you are passionate about getting access to the latest cloud computing technologies and have an interest in helping customers understand application architectures and integration, you will definitely enjoy working with us!
If you are familiar with best practices for applications, servers, and networks on the cloud, you are what we're looking for!
