Product Manager

About the Role

The Product Team is seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to own the Digital Fashion-technology product roadmap including hardware and software for DMKTZ. You will be involved in the product development process from research, planning and design to final product or feature delivery with cross-functional teams.

What you will do

• Understand our mission and strategies, clearly communicate product plans and roadmap, get all members of the cross-functional team aligned and motivated.
• Drive innovation, definition, planning and design of entirely new products and features to deliver against team and company goals

• Lead execution of products and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and grow our business globally
• Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into our product development process.
• Communicate and address blockers, track and follow up with collaborators on actions items and results.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Management
• At least 2+ years of experience as a product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and business functions to deliver successful projects at scale
• Experience in defining objectives and key results (OKRs) and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve them
• Data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making ability
• High attention to details and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS application and enterprise software
• Experience in Data analytics and growth hack
• Experience working on B2B customer-facing projects at scale
• Knowledge of agile development process
• Knowledge of Fashion design, Gaming, or Animation industries.
