Job Description
- Thu thập, tìm hiểu nghiệp vụ và yêu cầu hệ thống từ phía khách hàng/nội bộ công ty
- Hỗ trợ, khuyến nghị khách hàng trong việc định hướng yêu cầu của sản phẩm
- Phân tích, đánh giá các đề xuất phát triển hệ thống của khách hàng
- Tham gia vào quá trình triển khai dự án cùng với các bộ phận khác trong công ty
- Thực hiện document lại các nghiệp vụ.
- Tối ưu các luồng nghiệp vụ, quy trình
- Báo cáo cho trưởng dự án, hoặc cấp quản lý trực tiếp
- Tham gia kiểm thử chất lượng phần mềm, nghiệm thu sản phẩm trước khi thực hiện chuyển giao.
Requirements
- Ít nhất 2 năm làm BA tại các công ty công nghệ, có kinh nghiệm phân tích, thiết kế sản phẩm công nghệ và dịch vụ internet.
- Tiếng anh tốt.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức về công nghệ thông tin, có kỹ năng quản lý công việc, tư duy tốt.
- Viết document tốt, trình bày khoa học, rõ rang
- Khả năng training tốt
- Giao tiếp hòa nhã, ôn hòa
- Kiên trì nhưng phải linh động khi cần thiết.
