We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Node.js Backend Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing backend services for an on-chain orderbook system that interacts closely with smart contracts. This is a key role that will involve building from scratch, maintaining robust backend systems, and ensuring seamless workflow integrations for order placements, cancellations, and matching.

• Develop and maintain the backend features of a DeFi protocol from scratch.
• Design data schema, build and maintain the database.
• Improve and refactor the program.
• Write technical documents, spec, and project description.

• Proficient in backend development using Node.js.
• Experienced with SQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Skilled in using Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) techniques and familiar with various design patterns.
• Ability to utilize UML for modeling and effectively communicate marketing requirements.
• Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and using WebSocket for real-time data handling.
• Experience with web3.js or ethers.js libraries is crucial.
• Experience with TypeSript and Next.js.
• Prior experience in the DeFi sector is considered a significant advantage.
• Experience with interacting with prominent DeFi protocols such as Uniswap, AAVE, and Compound is highly advantageous.
• Proficient with Git flow for version control.
• Capable of writing clean, maintainable, high-performance, and reusable code.
• Strong presentation skills to clearly convey concepts and ideas.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach in software enhancement and problem-solving.
