Job Description
- 熟悉區塊鏈 / Web3 產業。
- 負責品牌的曝光、推廣、經營，在數位行銷的世界規劃整體營銷策略與營造口碑。
- 經營、管理社群平台（官網、Telegram、Twitter 等），提升活躍度並負責相關內容文案產出。
- 規劃內容行銷及官網文章，並進行 SEO 優化。
- 規劃、撰寫、執行、分析並優化數位廣告素材。
- 追蹤渠道行銷成效，並進行數據分析、制定經營策略。
- 根據公司目標、產業趨勢進行行銷企劃發想、統籌、執行與成效分析。
- 進行競品分析與市場調查，針對品牌 / 產品提出分析與建議。
Requirements
- 具備 3 年以上行銷工作經驗，熟悉數位行銷、品牌行銷與專案管理，具品牌經營思維佳。
- 具備文案及素材構思能力，能規劃出精準行銷策略並有效率地執行。
- 能獨立思考，遇到問題會想辦法解決、執行力高。
- 熟悉 GA、GSC 等數據分析工具，具數據分析能力，能根據數據主動提出洞見與分析。
- 邏輯好、自律、善於溝通及整合。
- 願意學習新知，也願意自行做功課。
- 英文口說能力佳，能與海外團隊進行溝通。

- 具備社群經營經驗。
- 具備數據分析實務經驗。
- 具備專案管理經驗。
