We are looking for a quantitative developer to help build a world-class trading system and trading tools to manage the Trade Terminal digital asset portfolio. As a quantitative developer, you'll use your skills to:

• Participate in the architecture design of Trade Terminal data and execution system
• Work closely with traders and strategists to develop and enhance Trade Terminal's sophisticated execution algorithms library
• Develop and operate low latency real-time market data feedback systems
• Develop and manage execution systems that connect more than 10 apis
• Analyze historical trading data generated by trading activity, with a particular focus on liquidity, market impact and trading performance
• Upgrade visualization tools to monitor Trade Terminal's portfolio and trading activity
• Collaborate with other colleagues to improve technology and consistently apply best practices

As a quantitative developer, you will need to:

• Wisdom and diligence
• Practical experience in C++ and/or other back-end languages such as Go, JS, and Python
• Practical experience with Nodejs, MongoDB, SQL, pandas or similar data processing tools
• Development experience in low latency systems, RPC, IPC, REST, WS, MQ, etc
• Excellent knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g. agile software development, test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, ECS, EC2, Kubernetes, VPC, etc.)
• Strong team work and communication skills
• Enjoy working with a lean team in a fast-paced environment
• Quantifying development experience (depending on experience level) is a plus
• Computer security experience is a plus
• Blockchain experience is a plus
• Experience with distributed systems is a plus
• At least 2 years of practical experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana is a plus
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins is a plus
