About this Role:
This role encompasses responsibility for the company’s global communication programs to influence buyers’ decision-making. The ideal candidate is an experienced public relations and corporate communications expert who will work with cross-function teams to convey Getac’s brand messages through different channels.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategy and end-to-end execution of industry analyst relations programs that get industry insights for internal decision-making, and increase brand awareness among key industry analysts

2. Develop compelling messages in English and Chinese
3. Proactively building, managing, and strengthening trusted relationships with key tech industry analysts from Gartner, IDC, and Forrester. Manage in-person or virtual briefings and events
4. Compiling, synthesizing, and reporting key industry analyst insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the content marketing team
5. Manage the content marketing or lead-gen campaigns with research firms
6. Build and manage a global influencer relations/community program

7. Work with the global project team on branding/ESG/CSR campaigns

Competencies:

• Corporate communications background
• ESG/CSR-related experience is a plus
• Degree in journalism or communications
• At least 3 years of experience in the B2B technology company
• Strong presentation skills
• Customer and business-oriented
• Self-motivated & proactive
• Hands-on
• Positive attitude & logical thinking
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
• TOEIC 900 above
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously and independently
