Job Description

1.Identify potential growth opportunities and market trends to develop brand strategies and action plans.

• Oversee product portfolio management and preparation for new product launches.

• Define the positioning of both existing and new products, outlining target audiences, promotional strategies, and key messaging.

• Execute annual campaigns and monitor brand performance consistently, utilizing available market data to make timely adjustments to the brand communication and media strategy for maximum impact.

2.Collaborating with different departments to develop and execute brand strategies.

• Conduct regular meetings to promote cooperation and information sharing between departments, ensuring effective implementation of brand strategies.

• Integrate horizontally with sales and brand communication to ensure consistency and effective delivery of brand messages across all areas.

3.Take responsibility of brand P&L management

• Achieve sales and financial objectives through close monitoring, forecast management, and A&P budget control.

• Align marketing KPIs with both regional and local team to monitor and evaluate the progress of brand growth, adjusting strategies and execution plans in a timely manner.

4.Responsible for completing tasks assigned by the supervisor or other ad-hoc assignments.
