Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods either live or remote
• Interpret data and qualitative feedback, extract actionable insights for product designs and design practices
• Explore the problem space and possible design solutions on projects
• Develop conceptual diagrams, user stories, storyboard, navigation model, wireframes, and visual prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Validate design solutions internally (with stakeholders) and externally (with customers) and incorporate results and feedback in a rapid iterative design process.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to conceptualize new product features based on user needs. Coworking closely with Design, Product Management, Engineering teams.

• Provide online portfolio link in addition to resume.
• 3+ years of experience as a user experience designer, user interface designer, UX researcher, or similar UX-related roles
• Highly proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, Invision, etc.
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to accurately set, manage, and meet deadlines.
• Able to work on projects independently
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with video production, or motion graphic design
• Background in SaaS, enterprise product
• Working in transnational collaboration
