We are on the search for a UX Researcher who is intrigued by why users behave the way they do, and has the technical ability to dig further. The ideal candidate will help us deepen our understanding of our users’ relationship with our product through qualitative and quantitative research, in order to inform product design and strategy. Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and execute an overall user research strategy independently, which includes recruiting and conducting user research, studies, surveys both in-person and remotely
- Translate discoveries into compelling actionable insights for the product design team
- Validate design solutions internally and externally, incorporating the results and feedback into a rapid iteration design process
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different teams (including Design, Product Management, Data Analysts, Engineering) while following an agile workflow
- Follow a continuous discovery process by conducting small research activities with users on a frequent basis, to help the product team evolve and refine their ideas quickly.
- Identify gaps and new areas for research
- Understand and incorporate technical and business requirements into your research
- Maintain internal research resources including playbook and guidelines

Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in UX Research or a relevant role
- Have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Science or related fields
- A deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, A/B tests, metrics, data analysis techniques
- Good analytical and problem solving skills that lead to insightful, actionable findings
- Confidence and excellent communication skills to share your findings to stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive impact
- Proactive and comfortable with shaping a scope from ambiguity — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to accurately set, manage and meet deadlines within the team’s sprint workflow
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
- Experience in IT, SaaS, enterprise product is plus
