Develop annual marketing planning & strengthen beauty product portfolio management to achieve sales target. Enhance beauty product penetration through well executed internal/external communications and commercial innovation initiatives. Demonstrate strong leadership of project management and well collaboration across multiple functions to achieve win-win status.
⚫Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through strategic planning, and implementation to achieve sales target.
⚫ Team member development to grow marketing capabilities and to adopt FGM spirits to help ABO’s success
⚫ Strengthen Artistry brand engagement through social community implementation with more digital initiatives
⚫ Draft and implement the assigned marketing programs including product portfolio management, new product launch, product registration, product communication, promotional activities, etc..
⚫ Coordinate with internal & external parties to ensure a smooth and successful execution of assigned marketing program.
⚫ Collect and analyze market and consumer information in the field including market development, competition movements, and consumer insight to have quality data that enables to develop strategy and plan.
⚫ Handle distributors and consumers’ queries for the assigned products to ensure the questions or problems are dealt with in a responsible manner.
⚫ Communicate and follow up on the product quality/service issues with related internal/external parties.

*7-yrs above working experience, cosmetics/retail at multinational organization background will be a plus. Skin Care experiences.
