We are looking for an exceptional person to lead our development team in Taipei. Our plan is to build a team of 4 to start with reporting to the VP of Product and Engineering in NZ. You will be closely involved in recruiting the right talent for the new team and once onboarded, you will be leading and guiding the team to make sure they are productive and high performing.

We have a ‘best in class’ tech stack. Our platform runs on Azure, and our app is built with C#, AngularJS and TypeScript, CSS3 and HTML5.  We’re a small and collaborative product development team, and you’ll have the opportunity to contribute through your ideas and hard work. What we are looking for:

• An experienced and skilled developer - you’ll be writing code and helping to determine the best approaches to development
• A talented people leader who can build a great team - you’ll be able to lead a team in Taiwan while collectively working with the team in NZ
• A developer who is comfortable managing product delivery - you’ve got experience developing and delivering software products, and can work closely with product managers and designers to get great outcomes
• You enjoy continuous product development - you have a love of building and deploying high quality products at pace
