Responsibilities

1. Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend systems to support our Web3 application.
2. Integrate smart contracts with our backend, ensuring seamless interaction between off-chain and on-chain components.
3. Collaborate with the front-end team to develop a comprehensive user experience for our decentralized applications.
4. Optimize the backend to efficiently handle high transaction loads, especially during network congestion.
5. Collaborate with other developers to define and integrate APIs.
6. Debug and resolve technical challenges that arise during the development and in post-launch.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for blockchain technology.
3. Solid experience in backend development, preferably in Python, Node.js, Go, or Rust.
4. Proficient in using DevOps tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, CircleCI, etc.
5. Hands-on experience with Web3.py or Ethers.js and a deep understanding of Ethereum's infrastructure.
6. Knowledge of Solidity and familiarity with smart contract deployment and testing.
7. Experience with decentralized systems and peer-to-peer protocols.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
