Responsibilities

As the manager of Yahoo Auto (https://autos.yahoo.com.tw/), your day-to-day life would be dynamic and multi-faceted, with a focus on aligning content strategy with organizational goals, overseeing content production, fostering relationships with partners and experts, and monitoring industry trends.

  • Strategic Content Planning: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals, ensuring continuous improvement in quality, relevance, and diversity of content.
  • Editorial Leadership: Lead a team of writers, editors, and content creators to consistently produce high-quality, engaging, and original content that meets the needs and interests of the target audience.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Be the face of the brand, embodying and promoting its values of comprehensive, trusted, and original content through various channels, including social media, industry events, and partnerships.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain partnerships with industry experts, influencers, and external organizations to enhance the website's credibility, expand its reach, and access unique content opportunities.
  • Continuous Optimization: Monitor and analyze user feedback, industry trends, and website metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the user experience and drive website growth.
  • Monetization: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop monetization strategies, identify sponsorship opportunities, and explore new revenue streams while ensuring that all commercial activities align with the website's content quality and values.

    Requirements

    • Experience in strategic content planning and execution, particularly in the automotive industry, with a focus on quality, relevance, and diversity of content.
    • Demonstrated leadership in managing editorial teams to produce high-quality, engaging, and original content.
    • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with industry experts, influencers, and external organizations to enhance content credibility and expand reach.
    • Skilled in utilizing digital tools and platforms for content creation, distribution, and SEO optimization, with a tech-savvy approach to leveraging emerging technologies.
    • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
    • Ability in problem-solving, critical thinking, and assessing business impact.
    • Proficiency in both Chinese and English is essential.
