Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently execute localization projects. Provide on-the-spot interpretation during business negotiations.

Assist in optimizing the operationalization of off-page SEO for Jurnal.id and Mekari.com websites This includes providing and editing backlink articles, following up with vendor’s progress, and handling contracts with vendors Assist in fixing internal linking and tags to improve the on-page performance of Jurnal.id & Mekari.com websites Assist in weekly SEO report for rank and performance Assist in on-page optimization through experiment link building outreach #VCF2023

Assist client to prepare data migration to Jurnal Consult and provide suggestions for clients’ data migration Maintain and validate clients’ data during migration #VCF2023

Assist in developing and maintaining access management platform Conduct internal phishing exercise Integrate logs Assist in developing and maintaining endpoint/device security Create security-related process automation Provide assistance to Red Security Engineer activities

Handle administrative requests and inquiries from the aftersales team regarding renewal and expansion Work closely with the aftersales team Assist Account Management Team by giving administration support

Design concept and write social media content including, but not limited to, Instagram feed & story, Linkedin post, Twitter post, caption, and video script Gather insights from the subject-matter expert and industry resources to develop a mix of content that serves audience needs Assist in content strategy planning and development #VCF2023

Help the Account Payable team in managing the reimbursement process for employees in Talenta, Mekari Expense and Mekari Flex as per policy Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances Maintaining historical records #VCF2023

Assist in providing training & re-training for Mekari product & sales related skill Provide Mekari features updates for partners Maintain partner involvement on client health Assist in running partner collaboration activities Help assist on the technical questions/problems Gather partner feedback to improve product features for partner collaboration #VCF2023
