Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior/Middle Recruitment Consultant located in Jakarta, Indonesia with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for daily recruitment processes, including doing business development, keep up-to-date with market news, consulting with clients, interviewing candidates, and communicating with stakeholders. - Develop and implement sales strategies, retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies. - Create business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other necessary documents. - Conduct visits to factories in the Central Java area (further details will be provided). - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. - CRM and Sales. - Most tasks will be remote except during site visits.
