CakeResume is seeking highly intelligent, high-judgment, self-motivated interns to join our Business Development teams to grow our business in Indonesia and aid our expansion to international markets. As a Business Operations & Marketing Intern at CakeResume, you will have the opportunity to bring our Client's brand story to life in a way that invites, excites, and ignites top talent in Indonesia. You will work directly with the Business Development team in executing the local content strategy

Work alongside the team to handle day to day operations Help in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns Manage and maintain daily communication with community Help to handle and manage KOL/Influencer project Assist in implementing plans to increase performance and engagement Work closely with another team to help any campaigns and activities

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs (FMCG). Research for FMCG from abroad that are suitable to be marketed in Indonesia. Expand the company business and create network with potential partners for cross-border trade and domestic markets. Build and maintain relationship with suppliers (FMCG) such as sales, partnership, promotion, purchase, etc.
