Memberikan Konsultasi Hukum dan Pendapat Hukum Melakukan review dokumen perjanjian Membuat perjanjian atau dokumen dokumen transaksi lainnya Melakukan pemeriksaan serta memberikan pendapat hukum pada setiap permasalahan yang di alami oleh client

Deskripsi Pekerjaan 1. Mempersiapkan persyaratan dokumen administratif dan teknis dalam mengajukan perizinan dan importasi 2. Menganalisis dokumen sebelum mengajukan perizinan 3. Melaporkan progress izin yang berjalan, setiap hari 4. Berkomunikasi secara langsung dengan lembaga terkait 5. Mengawasi dan membantu pihak operasional/PPJK untuk proses pengeluaran barang import 6. Memberikan informasi terbaru mengenai peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan izin usaha perusahaan

Liaise with OJK, BI, or any other relevant regulators regarding licensing and compliance issues for different aspects of company business. Oversee and execute compliance initiatives.
