Responsibilities: • Acquire new potential customers • Canvassing to potential client • Build trusted relationship with customers • Monitor clients performance • Encourage customers for up-sell and cross-sell • Follow and achieve sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Preparing the administration related to the KOL/Influencer (e.g Agreement, cut off the KOL/Influencer Tax) Managing influencers/KOL/artists for project campaign Provide a performance report for the project campaign Build relationships with KOLs and maintain regular communication Collaborate with internal teams to develop content and campaigns that resonate with KOL audiences Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to KOL marketing and influencer outreach #VCF2023

Plan and execute content about property and related topics for social media Create engaging stories about property, current news, and related topics for Instagram Develop and execute social media activations to increase brand awareness and engagement Present reports on social media activities' and activations' performances on a weekly, monthly and quarterly bases Coordinate with Creative and Commercial teams to plan and execute content creation #VCF2023
