1. Responsible for negotiating with existing sites’ lease renew and lease signed. 2. New site development; includes new site search, site’s condition check, lease term negotiation and processing the RE 3. Market Survey (RTZ’s execution)、Data Analysis and Sales Projection. 4. Co-work with CON & OPS team to manage every store in good operation condition; includes leaking problem, neighboring complains.
