Monitor online communities and identify any key issues or potential risks, translating those insights into actionable items to serve customers properly, protect the brand, avoid PR crisis, defend keyboard warrior attacks... and more. Moderate Phrozen’s online communities, answering technical questions from users and coming up with solutions to troubleshoot product issues systematically. Flag any potential risks and coordinate with customer support & marketing teams to strengthen the brand image
