My job includes: retail merchandising, introduce and recommend stationeries to customers. I learned how to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and help them find suitable products either on the phone or face to face. I learned how to introduce fluently the characteristics of the products in an orderly manner so that customers can comprehend the differences between products of different brands. Also, I learned how to observe customers in the store and proactively provide advice.
