As a tracking specialist, I'm accountable for providing clients service regarding the Google Marketing Platform. In a team of six, the main responsibility is to support and answer technical questions from either internal consultants or clients.
- Scrutinize Google Tag Manager (GTM) and ensure clients implement the agreed specification
- Quality Assessment (QA) and implementing custom data measurement template using GTM
- Debugging GTM settings to send correct data to Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other Google products
- Prototyping analytics implementations, including SPA (Single Page Application), PWA (Progressive Web Application), Android, and Flutter; manage GitLab, Git, and documentation accordingly
- Improving QA processes with self-developed automation tools
