Hello, I am Adalyn Tzeng. I currently study at the Graduate School of International Studies at Seoul National University, South Korea, and I graduated from the Department of Chinese Literature, Tsing Hua University. Even though my parents are all in the working-class, they never say no to my various pursuits. Thanks to their wisdom, I accumulated fruitful academic and extracurricular experiences. I was the leader of the guitar club in high school, and I led this newly created club to grow from a small club to now one of the biggest clubs in school. I learned from this that being a leader is to listen but not command. During the university era, I joined plenty of department activities and served as chief of promoting. I have accumulated a lot of experience in coordinating and lobbying with all kinds of people. I was also impressed by the tremendous effort involved in running an event and selling a product. People always call in question "What can the Chinese department students do? "My answer is: "The sky is the limit." In addition to the courses offered by my department, I also took courses in Economics and Accounting. Moreover, I exchanged at Shanghai Fudan University, participated in the winter school in Korea, and volunteered in Cambodia and local rural communities. These experiences invoked my desire to explore more, so last year I went to Seoul National University, South Korea for my master's degree. Communicating with students from all over the world has given me the courage to speak English and Korean. One of the most impressive intern memories of mine is the contents development task. Writing articles is solo work, but it still needs to be discussed with the supervisor. How to present an article that meets the company's expectations yet still has little surprise was a problem that bothered me at the beginning. But I dared to ask, and I spent a lot of time thinking and fixing the works. As a result, I understood that only products that can meet the company philosophy and maintain the qualities are accepted by consumers. Only after the standards have been met that highlights can be chased. After a while in the internship, I have been able to meet the company's requirements and even get a reward for additional pay. I also benefited a lot from my internship in NGOs. NGOs were nothing different from ordinary firms on the needs of administrative, marketing, and other operations. Behind a "good deed" is the preparation of business plans, budget control, customer contact, and even advertising. I have accumulated experience in administration (PowerPoint, Excel, word), promoting( Facebook page), and hosting a foreign team. I plan to return to South Korea to complete my studies after a period of time and work in Korean companies in Taiwan or Taiwanese companies in South Korea. To evaluate myself, I am not outstanding in skills compared with students from professional majors, but I am confident in my ability to learn from mistakes and my courage to try. It would be my biggest honor to serve your company. Thank you for your patience and wish all the best.
